If you’d like to create a new order, please click the new orders tab at the top of the page. There you’ll be able to login or register. If you are an existing customer, please login.
If you are a new customer, please register an account. Once you have registered an account, you will receive an activation email automatically. Please activate your account via the link. The email should go to your inbox, if not do check your junk folder.
Under “Order History”, you’ll be able upload your STL files that you want to be printed.
Please note that we only print the wax models. We can send your models to the casters if you wish. If you’d like us to send to the casters, select the metal you want the model to be cast in using the drop-down menu.
You’ll notice on the scanning option on the drop-down menu, if you want us to scan something for you, please upload a photo of it. We’ll be able to see if the item can be scanned and send you a quote as well as discuss the next steps.
When all your files are submitted, you can choose your preferred delivery address.
We’ll get back to you with a quote where you will be able to accept or reject it. If you accept, we will print. If you reject, then we won’t print.
